Please resolve the issue i am facing with desktop version.. web version is working fine... tried many times after uninstalling. but after reinstallation again m facing the same error.. please advice

In order to take a close look please submit a trouble shooting report by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift + T and leave a reference whihch you can quote in this thread so we can identify it.
Please also be sure that there are no applications that could be blocking cTrader, such as a firewall.
